This my friends should be universal, if everyone would be friendly this world would be a better place.
Only in TX can you strike up a 15 min conversation about anything with complete strangers, and say " how ya doin?" to the person in front of you at the store.
Guys, I'm not asking you to talk to every person you see, jsut be friendly, its not that hard.
